Housing Corporation Qua Wonen has bought the former police station in Schoonhoven. This is rebuilt for the Gemiva SVG Groep, who then leases the building of Qua Wonen. In the building are 22 apartments.
In cooperation with the Gemiva SVG Group a design is made for the common areas that are located on each floor of the building.
